On-site Consultation and Styling
DressOne experts are trained in delivering professional lifestyle services, drawing on the most instructive experiences from the industry. They are highly skilled in the custom tailoring of men's and women's apparel, perfectly suited to your personal style. Your relationship with your garment expert begins with a complimentary consultation session. You can hold this session at your office or home to discuss your current style and preferences and assess your wardrobe needs. With hundreds of fabric options for shirts, suits, and everyday wear, you and your expert will design your clothing to align precisely with your personal style and requirements. This design process includes even the smallest details, such as pockets, jacket lining, buttonhole color, lapels, and much more.
Measurement and Pattern Creation
During your consultation, over 30 precise measurements will be taken, from your neck to the floor. We will also ask key questions, such as how you prefer your garments to fit and what your daily wardrobe entails. These measurements and information, along with detailed photographs, will be sent to our dedicated design and production team to create your personalized garment pattern (or "block"). We will utilize this pattern throughout our relationship to craft all of your custom clothing. However, because everyone's body changes over time, we will re-register key measurements at every consultation to ensure every garment we tailor for you achieves a flawless fit, every time.
Artistic and Modern Stitching
Once the fabric is selected and measurements are taken by our garment expert, our colleagues will create your clothing exactly according to your desired specifications. Depending on the level of hand-stitching or personalization of your bespoke garments, this process typically takes between two and four weeks. We are the business partner of highly skilled industrial manufacturers who produce our suits, shirts, women's apparel, complementary items, and also our everyday wear.
Review and Final Delivery
Once your custom garments are ready, your specialist will personally deliver them directly to you at a time and location that suits you, ensuring your complete satisfaction. They will walk you through the various features of each garment, along with detailed care instructions. You will then try on the custom clothing to confirm the correctness of the fit. Should any alterations be necessary, your specialist will note and communicate the required changes to ensure your bespoke garment has the exact size and feel you desire. These adjustments will be corrected and redelivered to you without any additional charge, guaranteeing the final perfect fit. Furthermore, any alterations made will be recorded in your master pattern to ensure that all your future garments fit you precisely the same way.
